If you are not satisfied with your magazine for any reason and would like to cancel your subscription, please contact us by e-mail or phone to request a refund, or cancel your subscription in your account. MyMagazineSubs.com customers will receive a 100% refund for all undelivered issues at any time during your subscription. For a full refund of the original purchase price, your subscription must be canceled before the first issue arrives.
Refunds are issued in the same method as original payment. Credit/Debit card refunds take approximately 1-3 days for processing. Refunds can not be paid via check or money order.
Please be advised that charges by your financial institution due to insufficient funds or excessive transactions are the responsibility of the account holder.
